Special operations forces continue to destroy North Korean troops in the Kursk region.
Thus, fighters of the 73rd Naval Center SOF repelled the assault actions of the North Korean military on one of the positions of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region of Russia. The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook on December 19.
During an enemy attack, fire was opened on North Korean soldiers from an MK-19 automatic grenade launcher. And UAV operators carried out a number of drone drops. During the battle, 12 North Korean soldiers were killed and 20 more were wounded.
Also, SOF soldiers were able to provide medical assistance to a wounded infantryman from a friendly unit and successfully evacuated him from the battlefield.
Let us remind you that the other day a platoon of Russian infantry with three BTR-82s tried to storm Ukrainian positions in the Kursk region. However, the rangers of the 4th Regiment and the 8th SSO Regiment destroyed all the enemies along with their equipment.
