More comments concerned with a full-scale war – Ukraine has been mentioned in more than 1000 comments.

The direct line of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is supported by thousands of Kremlinbots. This was reported by the Astra Telegram channel on Thursday, December 19.

Botnadzor project analysts found that as of 11:00, 40% of comments under posts mentioning the direct line or Putin were written by fake accounts. There are 6,842 comments on such posts, of which 2,800 authors have 828 service pages. In total, at least 1943 bots have been active since the beginning of the day.

It was noted that the percentage of robot comments under some VKontakte posts, for example, exceeded 50% of the total. At the same time, the workload of bot farms in the Direct Line era was so great that they had to use more than 600 automated bots that were created “literally yesterday”.

According to analysts, the majority of comments were related to the war: Ukraine was mentioned in more than 1,000 comments. Mostly it was about Ukraine’s reluctance to negotiate and the effectiveness of the Russian Oreshnik missile.

Let’s remember that in a direct line on December 19, Putin called the war against Ukraine a “movement” and proposed to strike Kyiv with an Oreshnik missile to check whether the Western air defense system is capable of intercepting it.
