President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed strengthening Ukraine’s air defense and ways to ensure reliable peace with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. According to the head of state, it was discussed during their meeting on Wednesday, December 18, in Brussels.

Zelensky expressed gratitude to the NATO Secretary General and all partners for their willingness to actively strengthen Ukraine’s air shield, as well as cooperation for effective security guarantees.
“The alliance will do everything to make Ukraine as strong as possible whenever we move to more active diplomacy,” Zelensky stressed.
