Ukrainian law enforcement officers detained two teenagers suspected of explosions near police stations in Kharkov.
The SBU and the National Police detained two minors who were involved in criminal activities against Ukraine by the Russian special services. It turned out that on December 8 and 9 they detonated explosive devices near police stations in the Slobodsky and Kholodnogorsky districts. No one was injured as a result of the events. The press center of the Security Service of Ukraine reported this on December 16 in Telegram.
The attackers were detained – they turned out to be a 15-year-old boy and girl from Kyiv. the occupiers recruited them through telegram channels in search of “easy” money. Both agents acted separately from each other.
In particular, the girl took the finished explosives from the cache, and the guy prepared the homemade explosives with his own hands. The Russians explained to him how to stuff an explosive device with metal balls and install a detonator for remote activation.
Both attackers disguised explosive devices in bags and left them in trash containers near police stations. The explosives were subsequently detonated remotely and the aftermath was recorded on video.
The detainees were informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 258 (terrorist act) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They face up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property for committing a particularly serious crime.
Let us remind you that on December 3, the SBU and the National Police detained two minors who on November 28 detonated an improvised explosive device near the building of the regional police department in the Vyshgorod district of the Kyiv region.
