Russian troops launched 132 air defense drones across Ukraine, downing more than half of them, and more than 70 drones missed their targets. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on December 14.
It was noted that at night the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine with Shahed-type attack UAVs and other types of drones from the areas of Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Orel, Bryansk, Millerovo.
The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile forces, aviation, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of 09:00, 58 Shahed attack UAVs and other types of drones were confirmed shot down.
Air defense drones were shot down in Chernigov, Sumy, Kyiv, Poltava, Cherkassy, Vinnitsa, Odessa, Nikolaev, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Kirovograd regions.
