The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court today, December 11, canceled the arrest imposed on the bank account of the son of the head of the Khmelnitsky MSEC Tatyana Krupa Alexander in Oschadbank in the amount of UAH 700 thousand.
This was reported by the publication “Public”.
Alexander used this bank account to receive his salary. Approximately 900 thousand hryvnia from 2022 to 2024,” said the husband’s lawyer Ivan Kostyuk. — In addition, he has a number of solar power plants, thanks to which he receives a profit under the “feed-in tariff” in the amount of about 800 thousand hryvnia.
According to the lawyer, this account cannot be involved in the illegal enrichment of Tatyana Krupa.
The prosecutor, for his part, believes that the funds in the account are material evidence, therefore there is every reason for the seizure.
It is difficult to differentiate what kind of money this is. There were also dividends from organizations that were also part of this illegal scheme.
The court supported the appeal of the defense of Alexander Krupa and canceled the seizure of this account.
Also today, the HACS Appeals Chamber is scheduled to consider appeals against the seizure of the property of Tatyana Krupa and members of her family. Both meetings were postponed until next year:
- During the first meeting, Tatyana Krupa’s lawyer Anzhelika Moiseeva filed a petition with the court to transfer it through her business trip. According to the judges’ decision, it will take place on January 23, 2025;
- on the appeal of the seizure of property of members of Tatyana Krupa’s family – we are talking about son Alexander and daughter-in-law Ekaterina – they filed new petitions, which the court did not have time to consider, so this hearing was postponed to January 24, 2025.
