Taganrog mayor Svetlana Kambulova said the city’s boiler room was damaged.
“There is currently no heat supply in 27 apartment buildings that Specialists are planning to restore the damaged boiler room at 12:00,” he wrote on Telegram.
During the night, residents of Taganrog reported multiple explosions and gunfire. Local residents say that the Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after GM Beriev was attacked. There is no official proof of this information.
