French President Emmanuel Macron is planning a visit to Warsaw, linked to negotiations between Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and newly elected US President Donald Trump. The PAP reported this on Monday, December 9.

Unofficial government and presidential sources report that Macron will arrive in Poland this Thursday, December 12.
While Gazeta Wyborcza reports that Macron will go to Warsaw to discuss with Tusk and Duda the negotiations between Trump and Zelensky, which took place in Paris on Saturday.
Paris was also one of the first places visited by Donald Tusk as the new Prime Minister. In a joint conference with Macron at the Elysee Palace in February this year, he spoke about “stimulating Poland’s relations with the most important European partners.”
Let’s remember that the French leader spoke about a new form of European organization and a rethinking of relations with Russia.
