In Zaporozhye, forensic scientists have identified the bodies of people killed by the Russian airstrike on December 6. Then the Russians hit a residential area of the regional center with a controlled aerial bomb, killing 10 people – seven of them burned in cars that were near the epicenter of the explosion.
The process of identifying the seven killed by the Rashis was carried out through DNA research due to comparison with biological samples taken from relatives. The press service of the Zaporozhye region police reported this today, December 8.
It is noted that since it was impossible to identify the dead based on visual signs, forensic specialists used a forensic laboratory in their work.
Using the ANDE genetic analyzer, using the seized biological samples, it was possible to identify the seven dead citizens, the police said.
