Ukrainian special operations forces made noise at the positions of the Russian invaders.
Ukrainian specialists recently broke into enemy positions at the front from the rear. Operators of the 3rd MTR Regiment cleared enemy positions, gained a foothold and brought in a friendly unit of the Ukrainian Security and Defense Forces. The command of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces announced this on Facebook on December 8.
It is noted that the invaders jumped up by surprise, and the battle began after the tactical group broke into the Russian positions.
MTR operators killed three Russian soldiers and forced another to surrender. During the battle, the enemy tried to drop grenades from drones, but small arms specialists shot down four Russian Mavic UAVs.
The command emphasized that after a successfully completed task, the group retreated with one wounded.
Let us remind you that recently the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces conducted two successful operations in the Kursk region. During the first, the fighters were able to destroy 17 Russian soldiers and forced eight more to surrender. And during the second operation, Ukrainian special forces killed another dozen Russian military personnel.
