Air defense worked in the Dnepropetrovsk region on the night of December 8.
A downed Russian Shahed-type kamikaze drone fell in the city of Kamenskoye. As a result, homes and property of citizens were damaged, and assistance is being provided to the victims. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.
And the head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration, Sergei Lysak, informed that a 64-year-old woman was injured in the Kamensky district due to a UAV attack. She was provided with all the necessary assistance and the victim will be treated at home.
Windows were broken in five apartment buildings. A utility plant, a college, two cars and a power line were damaged.
Also, according to the head of the OVA, last night the Russian occupiers fired heavy artillery at Nikopol. Fortunately, there were no casualties. And experts are now investigating the consequences of the strike.
Let us remind you that on the night of December 8, Russia attacked Ukraine with 74 drones, but all air targets were neutralized. Air defense forces destroyed 28 Russian UAVs, and another 46 were lost.
