Explosions occurred in a number of regions of the Russian Federation.
It was loud on the territory of the aggressor country on the night of December 8th. In the Kursk and Rostov regions, air defense forces worked due to a UAV attack. Russian media reported this.
They write on social networks that it was loud in Kursk and Kurchatov. And in Taganrog, Rostov region of the Russian Federation, six explosions were heard at night.
Enemy propaganda has already announced the “departure” of 46 supposedly Ukrainian UAVs over five Russian regions: 17 were allegedly destroyed over the Belgorod region, 12 over Kursk, six over Voronezh, seven over Rostov and four over Astrakhan.
There have been no comments yet from local authorities regarding the explosion. It is also unknown whether the UAVs hit any Russian targets.
Meanwhile, the head of the Center for Combating Disinformation (CDC) under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andrei Kovalenko, wrote on Telegram on December 8 that Kursk, Kursk region and Taganrog are “under attack.”
Let us remind you that on December 7, the Ukrainian Navy showed footage of an attack by sea and air drones on gas towers in the Black Sea. These facilities, controlled by Russia since 2014, have repeatedly been the target of attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
