The Ukrainian armed forces are destroying the Russians, despite the fact that their forces prevail, the general said.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Alexander Syrsky outlined the main tasks for the Ukrainian troops in the direction of Kursk. The general announced this on Facebook on Friday, December 6.
“Our main task today is to strengthen the stability of the defense, inflict maximum losses on the enemy, prepare reserves, and ensure the uninterrupted supply of ammunition and other material and technical means to the units,” Syrsky said.
According to the general, work at both control points and directly on the battlefield continues almost around the clock.
“Our soldiers effectively and systematically destroyed the advancing enemy with superior forces,” added the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
As is known, Ukrainian forces are fighting for control of part of the Kursk region, repelling the ongoing Russian attacks. The battle here reaches peak intensity. According to Syrsky, Ukraine’s losses were actually half of the Russians’ losses.
