Russia has completely switched to a military economy and provides the army with 1 to 1.5 thousand tanks every year.
German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced this in the Bundestag, Tagesschau reports.
This is approximately double the size of the five largest European countries combined,” he noted.
Pistorius noted the growing military threat from Russia.
One thing is clear to us: Russia is the biggest threat to our security, and it will remain so for the foreseeable future,” he said.
