On the first day of winter, the “Winter Support” project was launched.
The Ministry of Economy, which moderates the project, said that assistance from the state under the program is one-time and will be available to Ukrainians who are in Ukraine, including children.
One thousand hryvnia can be received from the state on the National Cashback in Action card. Help is available for both adults and children.
The Ministry announced the algorithm for obtaining assistance through “Action”. To do this:
- update the action. Select the application and click – Services – Winter support
- fill out an application for yourself and your children if you want to get help for them
- open the National Cashback card or select from the available ones, click “Order payment” and “Submit”.
If you do not use “Action” or do not have a taxpayer card, you can get 1000 UAH at Ukrposhta branches or at a partner bank.
Funds can be spent on books, medicines, utilities, doctors and lawyers, education, sports, travel, insurance, mobile communications, as well as donations to UNITED24. The money will need to be spent by December 31, 2025.
