The Cabinet of Ministers decided to redistribute expenses from the budget, as a result of which they plan to redirect UAH 3.8 billion to the national cashback and the so-called Zelensky thousand (Winter Support program).
The first deputy chairman of the parliamentary Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, people’s deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, announced this in his Telegram channel, publishing the corresponding government decision of November 26.
Kabin decided to withdraw money from the business support and mine clearance program and send an additional 3.8 billion UAH this year for… cashback and “1000 from Zelensky,” he noted.
According to the document published by Zheleznyak, the Ministry of Economy should redistribute state budget expenses totaling UAH 3.8 billion, reducing expenses by:
- partial compensation for the cost of Ukrainian-made agricultural machinery and equipment – more than UAH 99.8 million;
- state support for investment projects – UAH 1.76 billion;
- compensation for expenses for humanitarian demining of agricultural lands – UAH 2 billion.
The same government decision stipulates that 3 billion 862 million 669.1 thousand hryvnia will be allocated to the program “Supporting Domestic Demand for Domestic Goods and Services.”
