Four people died in the village of Luginy, Korostensky district, Zhytomyr region, from carbon monoxide poisoning. The State Emergency Service reported this on Tuesday, November 26.
“An accident occurred in a private residence – four people died, including a teenager who did not see any signs of fire, according to preliminary information, the tragedy occurred due to carbon monoxide poisoning,” the report said.
The State Emergency Service noted that this is the second group case that occurred this year in the Zhytomyr region for this reason.
We remind you that last week in the Rivne region three children died as a result of a fire, and another child was injured. The tragedy occurred in the village of Pevzha, Dubensky district.
Also this month, in the village of Pesochin, Kharkov region, five people died in a fire, four of them children.
