The US Department of Defense confirmed that tenders will be held for military contractors who will be able to repair American equipment and weapons in Ukraine. Deputy Pentagon spokesperson Sabrina Singh said this in a briefing on Monday, November 25.
“We have announced that we are holding tenders for a small number of contractors to come to Ukraine to assist with repairs and maintenance,” a US defense spokesman said.
At the same time, he did not specify how many contractors have already joined this initiative, promising to clarify this information.
Earlier, the Pentagon confirmed plans to send anti-personnel mines to Ukraine to deter Russian advances.
