The Cabinet of Ministers approved updated rules for the reservation of military personnel. This also applies to the determination of enterprises receiving critical status.
This is stated in the government decree of November 22.
All deferments from mobilization previously issued by the Ministry of Economy and through Action will expire on February 28, 2025. Deferments are also canceled in the cases of loss of the status of a critically important company or liquidation of an organization with a reservation.
Some employees lose their reservation upon dismissal or suspension of their employment contract.
Now, in order for an enterprise to be able to make reservations, the employee must receive a salary of at least 20 thousand UAH (2.5 times the minimum wage), and he must also update his data and not be on the wanted list.
The status of a critically important enterprise will be determined taking into account the needs of territorial communities and agreed with the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Defense. The authorities assigning this status will check the compliance of enterprises with the established criteria on a quarterly basis.
For a month, the government conducted an audit of decisions to grant enterprises the status of critical for the economy and therefore changed the reservation rules. From December 1, the entire process will be carried out through the Action portal, and the criteria for the criticality of enterprises will be agreed upon with the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Defense.
As of October, there were 906 thousand booked in Ukraine. In Ukraine, in the first days of inspections, 40,000 persons liable for military service were identified with violations of their reservations.
The audit is carried out by a joint commission consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Economy and the Cabinet of Ministers. At least 20% of companies are likely to lose their status as critical enterprises after an audit. From 25 October, the booking procedure is only valid for workers booked before 31 May.
