The ministers discussed ways to develop and strengthen the Ukrainian air defense system and train Ukrainian military personnel with the participation of Norwegian instructors.
During his visit to Norway, Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov met with his Norwegian counterpart Bjorn Arild Gramm and discussed issues of bilateral cooperation with him. Umerov announced this on Facebook on November 14.

According to Umerov, another main topic of the meeting was the training of Ukrainian military personnel with the participation of Norwegian instructors.
We remind you that the leader of the opposition conservative party of Norway and former Prime Minister of the country Erna Solberg is insisting on a significant increase in support for Ukraine. His party proposes to increase financial aid to Kyiv from 15 to 45 billion crowns (approximately $1.3 billion to $4 billion – ed.) next year.
It was previously reported that Norway will allocate $119 million for weapons for the Ukrainian F-16s.
