A woman was walking down the street in Terny village, Liman community, when Russian soldiers opened fire on her.
An investigation has been launched into the killing of a civilian by Russian troops in the Donetsk region. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General on Thursday, November 14.
Currently, the prosecutor’s office is conducting a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war accompanied by premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
It was noted that on November 10, around the village of Terny, Liman community, representatives of the Russian army attacked a civilian when the Russian military opened fire on him.
“Currently, operational investigative actions are underway to establish all the circumstances of the tragedy and identify the deceased,” the message added.
Earlier, the prosecutor’s office began an investigation into the killing of a civilian in an occupied village near Selidovo in the Donetsk region.
