The Galitsky District Court of Lvov extended the preventive measure for the suspect in the planned murder of Irina Farion until January 12, 2025 inclusive. He will be held without bail for another 60 days. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
The defendant was detained in Dnipro in July of this year and has been in custody since then.
He was charged with the intentional killing of a public figure, People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the 7th convocation, Irina Farion.

The previous day, law enforcement officers detained a suspect in the murder of Irina Farion in the Dnieper. According to media reports, the detainee is an 18-year-old junior football player from the Dnieper named Vyacheslav Zinchenko.
