Famous local cultural figure Lyudmila Demchenko died, reports NikipolNews.
For a long time she worked at the cultural and sports complex of the Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant; she could often be seen on stage during city holidays and other cultural events. And recently, a woman sang in the choir at the VCU church named after Peter Kalnyshevsky.
It is noted that the woman died in front of the children, who were celebrating her birthday in a cafe at the time.
Also, according to media reports, yesterday in Nikopol, doctor Alexander Baranov became a victim of shelling – an enemy strike hit the outpatient clinic where he worked.
