On the night of today, November 12 (from 21.00 on November 11), Russian invaders carried out another massive air attack on Ukraine.
This was reported on the Telegram channel of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The enemy attacked in several directions:
- struck Kharkov with an S-300 anti-aircraft guided missile from the Belgorod region of Russia;
- attacked with two X-59/69 guided aircraft missiles from the Kursk region of Russia in the Chernigov region;
- used controlled aerial bombs to hit the Sumy and Kharkov regions;
- attacked with 110 attack UAVs of the Shahed type and drones of an unidentified type from the Russian regions of Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Bryansk.
The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile forces, aviation, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine, the report said.
It is noted that as of 11:00:
- damage to 46 enemy UAVs was confirmed in the Kyiv, Zhitomir, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkov, Cherkassy, Zaporozhye, Chernigov, Dnepropetrovsk and Nikolaev regions;
- 60 enemy drones were locally lost in different regions of Ukraine;
- two Russian UAVs left Ukrainian airspace in the direction of Belarus.
