Mike Pompeo and Nikki Galey will not serve in the new Donald Trump administration.

    .

The newly elected President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has decided not to invite former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and former US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Gailey to his team. The winner of the presidential election wrote about this on his page on the Truth social network.

“I will not invite former Ambassador Nikki Galey or former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to join the emerging Trump Administration,” the message said.

He also noted that he appreciates the work of Pompeo and Galey during the previous presidential term. Trump thanked the country for their service.

Reuters reported that Trump continues to consider candidates for positions in his administration before his inauguration as president on January 20, 2025.

As you know, before the US presidential election, Mike Pompeo proposed to sharply increase support for Ukraine and thus force Russia to end the war. He called for the creation of a $500 billion Lend-Lease program. military assistance and real sanctions against the Russian Federation.

Recall that Politico reported that newly elected US President Donald Trump has a list of people against whom he plans to take revenge after his re-election. The blacklist included, in particular, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and former President Barack Obama.
