In the latest update, the “Reserve+” application has the ability to apply for a deferment from mobilization online.
Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced this today, November 9, on his Facebook page.
According to him, now the following can apply for an online deferment:
- people with disabilities who have a current disability pension certificate;
- students, graduate students and doctoral students receiving education in a sequential order.
It is noted that to apply for a deferment online you must:
- log in to “Reserve+” and send a request;
- the system will automatically check the availability of the right to deferment;
- if the answer is positive, this status will be displayed in the electronic military document.
This is an important step towards transferring military records into a convenient digital format. The Ministry of Defense team is working to minimize the amount of paperwork for those liable for military service and our defenders,” the minister added.
