The head of one of the inter-district MSECs, who was also a deputy of the City Council, got burned because of a bribe. The official demanded 2 thousand dollars. from a wounded Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier for lifelong assignment to the second disability group. The Security Service of Ukraine reported this on November 8 in Telegram.
