The Ukrainian Security Service detained three more Russian henchmen who collaborated with the occupiers in the Kherson region.
This was reported in the press service of the department.
One of them turned out to be a resident of the regional center, Russian military intelligence agent Yulia Grin, who was correcting enemy fire on the Defense Forces. To do this, the defendant traveled around the community on a scooter and tried to identify the locations of the Ukrainian troops involved in the fighting at the front.
The enemy’s priority targets were camouflaged headquarters, firing positions and strongholds of Ukrainian Armed Forces units. The agent sent the information received via messenger to the Russian game in the form of screenshots with marks of military installations on Google maps. During the special operation, the Security Service detained the traitor in her own home and carried out comprehensive measures to secure the positions of the Defense Forces.
Another detainee is 60-year-old ex-security guard from Kherson Dmitry Trigub, who after the capture of the community joined the local occupation administration of Russia. There, the former Gauleiter of the city, Alexander Kobets, appointed a collaborator as his “deputy for legal issues.” Among his main tasks was the preparation of a pseudo-referendum for the racists on the annexation of the region to the aggressor country.
The third defendant, whom the SBU detained together with the National Police, is also a resident of the regional center, who during its occupation was part of the so-called “main department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kherson region.” In the ranks of the pseudo-institution, Natalya Isaykova was involved in the “passportization” of local residents due to the forced registration of Russian citizenship.
Security Service investigators informed the detainees of suspicion (in accordance with the crimes committed) under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- Part 2 Art. 111 (high treason committed under martial law);
- hh. 5, 7 tbsp. 111-1 (collaboration activities).
The perpetrators are in custody. They face from 15 years in prison to life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
