On Thursday, October 31, Russian drones struck the civilian infrastructure of the Poltava community. Two people were rescued from the burning house, said the head of Poltava OVO, Philip Pronin.

“The Russians attacked the community of Poltava several times with enemy drones attacking civilian infrastructure. As a result, three residential buildings and one utility building were damaged,” the report said.

Two people were saved. Rescuers saved them from the burning house. No one was killed.

Also on Thursday, two people were injured in Dergachi, Kharkov region, as a result of a Russian KAB attack.
