Spain was hit by flash floods across the southern and eastern regions, particularly in Valencia.
In Spain, at least 51 people, including four children, died in floods in the southeast of the country caused by heavy rains. El Pais reported this on Wednesday, October 30.
Authorities in the Valencia region said there were many casualties due to the floods, but did not give an exact number.
Meanwhile, the Unified Operational Coordination Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that 51 people died as a result of the flood. According to the Civil Guard, four children were among the victims.
Dozens of people spent the night in trucks or cars, on the roofs of shops or gas stations, until they were rescued. Some are still waiting for salvation.
Heavy rain has moved north of Valencia, especially in the province of Castellon, where heavy rain is forecast until noon.
It was earlier reported that around ten people were missing in Spain after the rain caused flash floods in the south and east of the country.
We remind you that in Nepal the number of deaths as a result of floods and landslides has increased to 217 people.
