The Verkhovna Rada, during its meeting today, October 29, adopted the law “On amendments to certain laws of Ukraine on improving the procedures for conducting medical and social examinations” (No. 11225).
284 people’s representatives voted for the corresponding decision, people’s deputy Alexey Gorncharenko reported in his Telegram channel.
It is noted that the bill provides for the following changes:
- there will be an opportunity for online participation of persons at MSEC meetings;
- changes in the procedure for determining disability, it is proposed to consider documents of persons for examination instead of personal presence;
- entering information about MSEC results into the electronic health system (ESHS) to simplify doctors’ access to data and speed up decision-making and transparency.
But now the question is what next. Because the president announced the liquidation of MSEC,” Gonarenko emphasized.
Let us remind you that recently the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree providing for the liquidation of MSEC from the end of the year.
