Philadelphia Mayor Sherelle Parker, who organized the event with local leaders, said that “the path to the White House goes through Philadelphia.”

Hollywood actors Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio supported Kamala Harris in the election race and called on Philadelphia voters to vote for the new US president. CBS News wrote this on Sunday, October 27.

They, along with other actors including Kerry Washington, Tessa Thompson and Brian Tyree Henry, attended a Philadelphia city government event in support of Harris.

Robert De Niro, speaking to the audience, noted the importance of each vote and called on voters not to stand aside. At the same time, Robert De Niro openly expressed his dissatisfaction with Donald Trump.

“I’m angry that we’re talking about a piece of crap like Donald Trump here,” De Niro said.

The US presidential election is scheduled for November 5 this year. The main competitors are former US President Donald Trump (Republican Party) and current Vice President Kamala Harris (Democratic Party).

More than 19 million US citizens voted early in the presidential election.
