NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will make an official statement on the deployment of North Korean troops in Russia. The press service of the Alliance reported this on Sunday, October 27.
NATO noted that on October 28, a high-level delegation from South Korea will inform the North Atlantic Council about the deployment of North Korean troops in Russia.
Ambassadors from NATO partner countries in the Indo-Pacific region, including Australia, Japan, New Zealand and the Republic of Korea, are invited to attend the event.
After the meeting, the NATO Secretary General will make an official statement to the media.
It was previously reported that the European Union was deeply alarmed by reports about North Korean troops being sent by Pyongyang to participate in Russia’s war against Ukraine.
