Six prisoners have escaped from a penal colony in the Russian city of Lipetsk. This was announced by the Governor of Lipetsk Region Igor Artamonov on Saturday, October 26.
“Six prisoners escaped from the correctional colony No. 2. Meanwhile, local media wrote that the prisoners escaped after being weakened. They all seem to be citizens of Uzbekistan. An official investigation was ordered in the colony because of the escape.
