Train tickets can be bought again online and at ticket offices in Ukrzaliznytsia, and the systems have resumed operation. The company’s press service reported this on Tuesday, October 22.
“The operation of the systems has been restored, we are operating as normal with trains traditionally running on schedule, tickets are available again for purchase in the Ukrzaliznytsia application, in chat bots, on the website and in the offices of station ticket,” Ukrzaliznytsia reported.
We remind you that the sale of train tickets was temporarily stopped in the afternoon for technical reasons.
