The Ministry of Health canceled the conclusions of the Khmelnitsky MSEC on granting disability for 74 military personnel.
Currently, 18,779 medical expert cases have been processed. In 3,146 cases, the decision of the MSEC was considered questionable and an additional examination was ordered. After that, expert decisions on 74 cases were revised and cancelled, the department reported at the request of Ukrainian News.
It is noted that in 38 cases, disability group II was changed to III, and in another 36 cases, the determination of disability was canceled altogether.
Currently, the Khmelnitsky Medical and Social Expert Commission is being checked by law enforcement agencies as part of criminal proceedings.
On October 16, Yuriy Butusov released information that 49 prosecutors of the Khmelnytsky region, headed by regional prosecutor Oleynik, filed for disability, a “roof” for the corruption scheme of the “servant of the people” Krupa in the MSEC and the Pension Fund. In particular, the journalist gave a list of the names of all prosecutors and described the criminal scheme used.
