As you know, the 128th separate mountain assault Transcarpathian brigade is a unit of the mountain infantry of the Ukrainian Ground Forces. The brigade is part of the operational command “West” and was created after the reorganization of the 128th mechanized division, which traces its history back to the 128th Guards Motorized Rifle Division of the former USSR Army.
Let us remind you that on the night of October 20, the Russian invaders, using three tanks and four infantry fighting vehicles, tried to launch a frontal attack on Ukrainian positions in the Liman direction. First, the artillerymen worked on the enemies and destroyed three Russian “tin cans” with a direct hit. And the real pursuit of the invaders was carried out by UAV operators.
