The Netherlands will transfer reconnaissance drones worth 42.6 million euros to Ukraine.
The Dutch Ministry of Defense, together with the DeltaQuad company, will supply reconnaissance UAVs to Ukraine. This purchase was the first step in the implementation of the action plan for the supply of drones after the visit of the Dutch Minister of Defense to Kyiv. This was reported on the website of the Dutch Defense Ministry.
The Dutch company DeltaQuad will supply Ukraine with modern drones for reconnaissance, surveillance and reconnaissance. The Ministry of Defense will purchase these drones for 42.6 million euros, the report said.
It is stated that DeltaQuad’s drones are the latest reconnaissance drones with a stable system for countering hostile electronic warfare systems, which are capable of carrying out reconnaissance activities in the air for a long time. If contact with the base is temporarily lost, they can work autonomously.
These drones will not carry weapons, but will be able to cover significant distances while collecting intelligence data.
Let us remind you that Denmark will transfer benefits to Ukraine totaling almost 321.8 million euros. The new package includes arms supplies from the Danish army, funding for air defense systems jointly with Germany and contributions to the UK-led International Fund for Ukraine.
