The pre-trial investigation against the head of a state-owned enterprise has been completed Forestry of the Slavs on the fact of the allocation of land and property in the resort area of Lviv region. The official, who is also a deputy and head of the standing land use commission of the village council of the Slavskaya United Territorial Community of the Lviv region, decided to apply the property and land to a resort location.
To do this, the head of the state-owned enterprise applied on behalf of his wife to the village council for permission to prepare a land management project. The couple wanted to receive the forest land allegedly for personal farming.
After the positive decision of the village council, he invited three soil analysis engineers to prepare the corresponding document. However, when preparing the project, the engineers “forgot” to indicate that the land, as well as the building located on it, belongs to the forest department.
Based on this fake project, the barangay council gave land to the official’s wife. However, the defendants failed to register the ownership of the land they were exposed to by law enforcement agencies.
The head of the forest enterprise, his wife and three engineers were accused of forgery and use of false documents, seizure of property by abuse of official position through the prior conspiracy of a group of people and official forgery.
The punishment of the articles provides punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to 12 years. The pre-trial investigation continues, the full range of people involved in the transaction has been established.
