North Korea blows up parts of the inter-Korean border road

Pyongyang made the decision unexpectedly, causing concern among the South Korean military.

North Korea blows up parts of the inter-Korean road on the border with South Korea. This was reported by Reuters on Tuesday, October 15.

Parts of the road north of the military demarcation line separating the two countries were blown up. The incident happened around noon.

North Korea’s decision came without warning and caused concern among the South Korean military.

We remind you that North Korea has brought its artillery units near the South Korean border in full combat readiness and strengthened its air defense. Such measures were allegedly taken due to the possible penetration of South Korean drones.

As you know, North Korea is threatening a “terrible catastrophe” due to the alleged flight of South Korean drones over Pyongyang. In response, South Korea warned that North Korea would see “the end of its regime” if it caused any harm to its people.
