The German Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled artillery mounts are already at the disposal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on Facebook.
“The 155-mm self-propelled gun Panzerhaubitze 2000“ worked ”against Russian occupiers on the eastern borders,” the Defense Ministry said.
The department also stressed that the main advantages of such equipment are the speed of fire, accuracy, efficient use of ammunition, the minimum time to hit the target and leave the combat position.
Recall that the Armed Forces of Ukraine received howitzers from Germany and the Netherlands.
It was also reported that Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny demonstrated the work of 155 mm howitzers of the M777 type, which the United States handed over to the Ukrainian military.
