Due to the constant and repeated shooting, the rescuers were forced to flee to safety several times.
Russian aggressors opened fire on one of Kherson’s microdistricts, then a fire started in warehouses and in an open storage area for industrial waste. The State Emergency Service reported this on Saturday, October 12.
“As a result of the enemy attack, a fire broke out in a warehouse and an open storage area for industrial waste,” the statement said.
It was noted that because of the constant shelling, the rescuers were forced to leave several times for a safe place, and then return to put out the fire. They were able to extinguish the fire.
In this regard, the head of the Kherson GVA, Roman Mrochko, wrote on Telegram that the Russians fired at the community 10 times a day.
“Damage was recorded in Kherson, Antonovka, Kamyshany in particular, 6 private houses, a section of a gas pipeline, warehouses, and cars were damaged,” he wrote.
Mrochko added that three people were injured as a result of the lawsuit.
We remind you that on October 7, the Russians brought down four UABs in Kherson. About 20 civilians were injured.
Also this week, part of Kherson was cut off after the Russian shelling.
