In Ukraine, beta testing of the National Cashback program has been completed and its national advertising campaign is being launched. First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko announced this on Friday, October 11, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“Today we are launching the National Cashback in full, an advertising campaign will begin we will continue to provide technical support to our partners, in particular, the new retailers and manufacturers who continue to join the program,” said he.
Sviridenko noted that the technical and financial systems are working, funds accumulated for the purchase of Ukrainian-made goods can be seen in Dii the next day, and the buyer can easily find out which goods receive cashback.
In addition, Dii launched a product scanner function to determine its participation in the program.
Sviridenko noted that during the beta test of the program, which lasted from September 2, Ukrainians issued more than 2 million cards, 1.1 million people saw cashback on Dii, and the total amount of accumulated funds is UAH 73.2 million.
1.3 thousand manufacturers became participants in the program, registering 260 thousand products in the program.
In addition, 610 retailers and 11 banks joined the program.
Sviridenko also noted that the first payment will take place on October 20.
