Without a Russian Federation passport, Russians generally refuse to accept Ukrainians, except in cases of emergency assistance.
In the temporarily occupied territories of eastern Ukraine, local hospitals refused to serve the civilian population. The Center for National Resistance (CNS) reported this on Thursday, October 10.
It is indicated that medical care is not being provided as the number of wounded Russian soldiers in hospitals has increased.
“The first priority for the captured hospitals, where doctors from Russia work, is to serve the soldiers of the Russian Army. In this regard, the population should independently go to other cities and look for a hospital where they will be admitted,” the message said.
In addition, CNS noted that without a Russian passport, Russians usually refuse to accept Ukrainians, except in cases when it comes to emergency aid.
“Thus, the enemy is not fulfilling the basic requirement of international law – ensuring the important activities of the region, and also placing military personnel in civilian hospitals,” the message said.
Earlier it became known that the Russian invaders want to “certify” the entire local population over 14 years old in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine by the end of 2024.
Let’s remember that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin planned a “great relocation” to TOT.
