In the city of Konstantinovka, Donetsk region, an enhanced curfew will be introduced from October 7, which will last from 15.00 to 11.00. Suspilne reported this on Friday, October 4.
According to the head of the Konstantinovsky military administration, Sergei Gorbunov, every day the Russians shell the city, where 18 thousand people stay, the front is 10 kilometers away, thus tightening security measures.
Gorbunov noted that currently 18 thousand people remain in Konstantinovka, including 440 children. The forced evacuation of families with children is announced in the city, and government agencies are leaving.
“The pension fund has left, the obstetrics and gynecology department is closing, pediatrics – we are taking out all the children, but while the hospitals are still working, the bank is closing, it is also moving, the nearest branch will work in Druzhkovka,” said by Gorbunov.
Previously, in the territory of the Konstantinovskaya community, the curfew was valid from 17.00 to 9.00, but an improved curfew was introduced in many other communities in the Donetsk region.
Authorities also reportedly called on residents of Pokrovsk, Mirnograd and Selidovo to evacuate.
