Ostap Stakhiv was chosen as a preventive measure in the Galitsky District Court of Lvov – detention for 60 days without bail.
A Public correspondent reported this from the courtroom.
Stakhiv is suspected of fraud and unauthorized dissemination of information about the deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On September 25, his house was searched.
Previously, the suspect filed a petition to disqualify the investigator and prosecutor.
According to the SBU, Stakhov, several months before the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, “incited” people to organize riots and seize government institutions under the guise of an “anti-vaccination movement.”
In November 2021, the Security Service of Ukraine announced that Stakhiv was suspected of overthrowing the state system; he underwent a psychiatric examination.
