Ukrainian soldiers are actively inflicting heavy losses in manpower and equipment on the Russian occupation forces.
The situation ahead remains difficult. In the last 24 hours, 155 military clashes have been recorded. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this in its morning report on Wednesday, October 2.
“The enemy, using its advantage in manpower and equipment, continues to attack our positions of Ukrainian defenders who firmly resist the pressure of the invaders, causing maximum losses to the enemy,” said message.
In the Kharkov direction, the enemy continued offensive operations (attacks), in total there were six military clashes. The battle took place, in particular, in the areas of the settlements of Staritsa and Volchansk. In the direction of Kupyansk there were 25 enemy attacks per day. The defense forces repelled enemy offensive operations near Sinkovka, Novoosinovka, Kurelevka, Novoselovka, Vishnevoye, Kolesnikovka, Glushkovka and Kruglyakovka.
In the direction of Liman the enemy attacked 17 times. I tried to advance near Chasovoy Yar, Grigorovka and in the direction of Stupochki. In the direction of Kramatorsk, the invaders attacked eight times near Andreevka, Kleshchievka, Maiskoye and Markovo. The situation is under the control of the defense force units.
In the direction of Toretsk, the enemy, with aviation support, carried out 16 attacks near Toretsk and Shcherbinovka. At the direction of Pokrovsky, the defenders repelled 25 attacks and offensive actions of the aggressor near the settlements of Vozdvizhenka, Mirolyubovka, Krasny Yar, Lisovka, Novogrodovka and Selidovo. The greatest concentration of enemy attacks was near Mirolyubovka, Elizavetovka and Lisovka which actively used aviation.
Under the direction of Kurakhovsky, the Defense Forces repelled 25 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Tsukurino, Gornyak, Georgievka, Konstantinovka and Ekaterinovka. In the direction of Vremovsky, the enemy made an unsuccessful attack on our positions in the direction of Bogoyavlenka.
In the past 24 hours, in the direction of Orekhovsky, Ukrainian positions near Novodanilovka, Maly Shcherbaky and Kamensky were attacked seven times.
Yesterday, eight strikes were made by the aviation and missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces in areas where Russian personnel and weapons and military equipment are concentrated.
We remind you that in the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liquidated 1,130 invaders. Since the start of the full-scale war against Ukraine, the Russian army has lost 655,560 soldiers.
