A Supreme Court judge died in the Kharkov region as a result of an attack by the invaders.
On Saturday, September 28, a Russian FPV drone hit a civilian Mitsubishi Lancer in the village of Kazachya Lopan, Dergachevo territorial community. The 61-year-old driver died on the spot. The victim of a cynical blow was a Supreme Court judge who was delivering humanitarian aid to local residents. This was reported by the press service of the Kharkov regional prosecutor’s office.
Three women in the car were also injured. The victims were hospitalized.
Law enforcement officers began a pre-trial investigation under Part 2 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
At the same time, the head of the Kharkov regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov, informed that Russian aviation had struck Slatin. The attack killed three people. The enemy was hitting civilian infrastructure. Educational institutions and shops were damaged.
The Supreme Court on Facebook informed that the deceased was the judge of the Supreme Court in the Criminal Court of Cassation Leonid Loboyko.

Let us remind you that on September 23, a Russian FPV drone handed over a regular bus in the Miropol community of the Sumy region, in which local residents were traveling. Two people were injured and were hospitalized.
