Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris is narrowly leading Republican candidate former President Donald Trump in the six swing states that most affect election results. This was confirmed by a Bloomberg News/Morning Consult survey, The Hill wrote on Friday, September 27.
Harris leads Trump by seven percentage points in Nevada (52% to 45%), by five percentage points in Pennsylvania (51% to 46%), and by three percentage points in Arizona and Michigan.
Harris also leads by small margins in North Carolina (50% vs. 48%) and Wisconsin (49% vs. 48%), while in Georgia, 49% of voters are willing to support both candidates.
Most of these results, except for Nevada and Pennsylvania, are considered within the range of statistical error.
In total, Harris leads Trump by three percentage points in seven key states. Meanwhile, Harris has a four percent lead in the polls over other candidates.
The survey was conducted September 19-25 among 6,165 registered voters in their respective states.
Recall that after the debate, Harris increased his lead over Trump to 5%. The debate between Trump and Harris took place on September 10. According to a CNN poll, 63% of respondents believed that Harris won the debate. 37% of Americans believe Trump won the previous debate.
