The investigating judge of the Supreme Anticorruption Court Lesya Fedorak chose a preventive measure for the former chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk regional administration Valentin Reznichenko: a bail of 30 million UAH. The CPC reported this on Monday, September 16.
If he is granted bail, he will be forced to: surrender his passport, not leave the locality where he lives, appear when summoned by a detective, prosecutor or court, report a change in place of residence or work and wear an electronic bracelet, and not talk to other defendants in the case.
